1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Roundedapps product, including Accessbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Roundedapps provides applications for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Accessbox is a password manager that helps you securely store and manage your passwords, passkeys, and verification codes, encrypted on your device.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and the credentials used to unlock it
• Backing up your data
• Any activity that occurs through your device
• Complying with all applicable laws

4. Accessbox Pro Subscription

Accessbox offers an optional paid plan, Accessbox Pro, as an auto-renewable subscription available on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Current prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
• All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store in accordance with Apple's terms. We do not process payments directly, and refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps are owned by Roundedapps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roundedapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our apps.

9. Data Loss

While we design our apps to protect your data, we are not responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend:

• Keeping iCloud sync enabled
• Exporting encrypted backups regularly
• Keeping your device software updated

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
